Recordings are personal. We built Easy Note so they stay that way.
Your recordings and notes are not used to train AI models, by us or by our AI provider.
Delete a note and its recording, transcript and summary are deleted with it.
Only your account can read your notes. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Usage analytics never include transcripts, summaries, note titles or file names.

No. Open the app and record. Your notes are saved to a private guest account. Create an account later to keep them across devices; nothing is lost when you do.

Delete any note in the app to remove its recording, transcript and summary. To delete your whole account and everything in it, email us and we'll do it within 30 days.
