Delete your account

1. Delete in the app

• Open Easy Note and tap your profile picture at the top of Home.
• Scroll to the bottom of Account and tap Delete account.
• Confirm, then enter your password if you signed up with email. Google accounts confirm with Google.

Deletion happens right away. The app then starts a new, empty guest session.

2. Delete without the app

No longer have the app? Email fakher.hakim@bridge-softwares.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

3. What is deleted

• Your account: your email address, name and sign-in details.
• Your notes: recordings, uploaded files, transcripts, summaries, action items and titles.
• Ask: your conversations and the search index built from your notes.
• Organization: folders and custom templates.
• Meeting notetakers: scheduled or active notetakers are cancelled.

4. What is kept

• Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google and are not cancelled when you delete your account. Cancel them in your App Store or Google Play account. Apple, Google and RevenueCat keep purchase records as required for billing and tax.
• Usage analytics and crash reports, which never contain your content, are kept according to Google Firebase's retention settings.
• Attribution data held by AppsFlyer under a pseudonymous identifier is kept according to its retention policy.
• Records the law requires us to keep, for example for tax, fraud prevention or legal claims.
